Cimorelli

Cimorelli is the name of a group of singers that became well-known by their YouTube videos. The group is all-female and all-related. These six talented singers are also sisters. There is Christina, Katherine, Amy, Lisa, Lauren, and Dani. 

When Cimorelli asked their Twitter followers to create and post their original promo art, I decided to make my own and share it with them. I really like what I made, using one of their pictures posted on their Facebook pages, so I wanted to share it here.

Bruno Mars SNL

Bruno Mars hosted Saturday Night Live in October (October 20th, 2012 air date). Bruno Mars is well-known for his songs, usually played often on radio stations, like a more recent popular song called "Grenade". I have heard his songs before, but have never really liked them all that much. 
There is a song that he performed on the SNL episode that he hosted called "Locked Out Of Heaven". I had heard it a few times on the radio before seeing him perform it on SNL and I liked it. 

His performance of the song, however, I didn't just like. I loved it. The energy of him and his band mates on that stage was so fun and exciting. And, to me, the song sounded so much better live than the studio version. The way Bruno really got into the music was awesome and made me smile so big! I loved his energy, his enthusiasm, his talent. His performance is one of my favorite live performances I have ever seen. Loved it! 

Teal or No Teal

I recently bought a new nail polish. I wanted a quick-drying nail polish this time around. So I headed over to the Wet N Wild section of cosmetics at Walgreens. There were a few color selections for their quick-drying (in under 60 seconds) nail polish, so I picked one that I really liked: the Teal or No Teal Fast Dry nail polish ($1.99). 

I honestly really liked applying this nail polish to my nails and it did dry quick. I like the color a lot. It took me very little time to finish painting my nails! I wanted to share this product because I like it so much. I am looking forward to trying out different colors.

Halloween

When I put up my "Happy Halloween" banner, I told myself to not forget to take it down after Halloween. Whoops. I finally got to taking it down today. :)
